Local Schools AUPs
All of the schools systems' AUPs had many items that were common such as, do not use offensive language, only use Internet after signed Internet Use Agreement, and do not make unauthorized copies of software or information. The AUP that was the best in my opinion was Jefferson County's AUP. This waiver clearly stated what the student was responsible for and the guidelines for using the Internet in school. It requires students under 18 years of age to get the waiver signed by their parent. Students will know exactly what to do and not to do on the Internet.
